eco friendly cremation of dead bodies is effectively carried out in our LPG Crematoriums. In this system a dead body is kept in the furnaces with the help of a trolley. High pressure LPG with air is ignited in the furnace for effective burning. The inside temperature will rise up to 1100 c and the body is burned in 1+ hour to ashesfull length burner on both side (3'x4'nos) ensures the uniformity of burning process from different angles. This burner system also ensures effciency.
The excess heat and fumes are taken out through a water bath in order to bring down the temparature to normalization and to settle down the foreign particles. During this process the particulate matter , oxides of nitrogen, Hydrogen Chloride, carbon dioxide and carbon mono oxide produced are brought down within the limits of pollution control norms. At last the fumes are permitted to escape through a high-rise chimmney (30m)
The ashes can then be collected from the stainless steel collection pan

No ground water contamination
Operating Principle:
Primary Chamber: This waste is charged on this chamber through a feeding door. The Incineration of waste is carried out in starved air, known as “Pyrolytic condition”. Subsequently, the waste is decomposed into gas containing combustibles and carbonaceous material. The low velocity of gas helps in minimizing carryover of the particulate matter. The temperature is closely controlled between 800oC to 900oC with the help of burners to ensure efficient combustion of carbon. sterile ash is removed from the de-ashing door
Scondary Chamber
The flue gas from the Primary Chamber Containing volatiles and unburnts pass to the secondary Chamber .Here it is burnt under turbulent conditions and with an additional supply of combustion air.
Complete oxidation is ensured by maintain temperature above10000c with the help of a burner and providing adequate Residence time(minimum 1 second).
Scrubbing System:
The flue gas from the Secondary chamber then passes through the purification Tank (3000 ltr.-3500x2500x1250 mm)filled with water. This system is designed to remove particulate matter and acidio pollution present in the flue gas generated during incineration.The system comprises water impingement, tank and ID Fan. The ID Fan maintains the negative draft and drive out the clean gas into 30mtrs , height stack. By this system the flue gas coming out of tha secondary chamber above 1000oc which brings down the temperature of flue gas up to 250oc
